Registration for winter 2018-2019 is open!.

We are back for an 13th season of cycling on the weekend! This class is a 90 minute class full of variety. Each week will be something different, working on cycling skills, shifting skills, hill climbing, sprint intervals and more. Each week will be different and is built to be a compliment to our weekly PBC class, as well as that third workout of the week, a longer focused training session, or walk out of class learning something new about yourself and cycling.  

Weekend PBC is designed for everyone in mind. Start with a great warm-up. Enjoy an educated and off-the-bike coached main training set. Then end with a solid cool-down and stretch. We use the CompuTrainers as our training tool. CompuTrainers are load generators that crate the course for you with varying courses and provides valuable data. Come in for the instruction you deserve to make yourself a better cyclist.  Push yourself when and as hard as you want. The class is build for all in mind. SBR Coaches never workout with you. We are there to educate, share knowledge and make sure your form is rock solid, and even get you some water if you need. Our main goal is quality versus quantity. We keep our class sizes low so our coach to athlete ratio is in good balance to spend individual time with each rider, in each class.

There are three class session available each week. Saturdays will be 7am and 9am, Sundays will be 9am. SBR doors will open 30 minutes prior to class start for you to set up. 14 CompuTrainer spots are available for each class. Weekends are build for drop-in, or to attend all winter. Whatever works for you. You can pay per class each week, or pay for the entire winter and save!

To join us for class, there is an online registration link provided below. You can pre-register yourself up to a week in advance of class, and there is a 12-hour cancellation policy and the online scheduler will not allow you to cancel. You will be charged if you do not cancel within the cancellation time.

Saturday classes - 7:00am & 9:00am - 90 minutes each
Sunday classes - 9am - 90 minutes

Dec 15/16- No PBC- Holiday Rides, details TBA

Dec 29/30- No PBC- Holiday break
Feb 2/3- Sunday PBC Only- Special event on Saturday
Feb 9/10- Saturday PBC Only- Special event on Sunday

Pre-paid class sessions expire March 31, 2019, purchase wisely. 

Bike storage for the 2018/2019 season is full.

$899 for 3 days per week pay in full or $499 two installments.
