We run our group practices during the favorable months of the year. Runners and triathletes who join us are training for a broad variety of events from 10k races marathons to sprint triathlons and Ironman races. Each practice will have specific sets and focus for you to achieve your goals.

PERSONAL BEST RUNNING PRACTICES
SPRING/SUMMER 2017

 

This unique program is built to lead, guide, coach and motivate runners to a personal best in their run training and racing. This program is heavily coached and has a moderately aggressive approach to achieving your personal best. The program will educate you on proper running form, biomechanics, training, mental toughness and more!

You will work with an SBR Coach weekly to help you accomplish your goals. You will have the companionship of others reaching for similar goals, as well as guided practices that specifically focus on the goal at hand. At times, their will be an assistant coach to decrease the coach to athlete ratio for a higher quality experience,

Run practices in the summer are held two times per week. Tuesday PM practices are held at SBR. This session will be closely coached while you work on tempo sets, hills repeats, continuous endurance sets. Thursday PM practices are held at the Verona High School track, with specific speed work sets based on your fitness level and training distances. 

Each session is coached with a specific plan tailored for you each week, based on your individual goals. Enjoy a supportive group setting while achieving your goals!

Pricing for spring/summer 2017, two practices per week

May 2 - August 31, 2017
Tuesdays 5:45pm at SBR
Thursday 5:45pm at Verona High School Track

Early bird pricing until March 31, 2017. 

Pay in full - $300 (one day per week).
Pay an additional $100 and get both days per week for the entire summer. 
Pay monthly 1x per week $90 per month, 2x per week $120 per month (first month due to secure pricing).
If you are a full time coached athlete, add on cycling practices for $65 per month.
If you are a full time coached athlete, add swim/bike/run for only $160 per month.

Pricing effective April 1, 2017

Pay in full - $320 (one day per week).
Pay an additional $105 and get both days per week for the entire summer. 
Pay monthly 1x per week $95 per month, 2x per week $120 per month.
If you are a full time coached athlete, add on cycling practices for $65 per month.
If you are a full time coached athlete, add swim/bike/run for only $160 per month.

  • Pay for practices (if purchasing monthly, the price you purchase your first month at will secure that price for the summer
  • If you prefer to pay via cash or check, you may do so in person at SBR.
