The Coaches at SBR take a scientific approach to coaching and training for swimming. We believe in providing knowledge, motivation, confidence and support for athletes who want to improve their athletic abilities. We provide coached pool sessions all year round and open water swimming practices during the warm summer months.

Swimming is much like golf, it's all about proper technique and efficiency to complete the skill well and injury free. Our main goal is quality versus quantity. We keep our class sizes low so our coach to athlete ratio is in good balance to spend individual time with each athlete.

OPEN WATER SWIM PRACTICES
rEGISTRATION FOR 2018 WILL BEGIN
Is 2018 your first year of dedicated swimming? Or have you swum so long that you've sprouted gills and fins? Whatever your experience and objectives, SBR can provide safe, effective training to improve your performance in open water.

NOVICE OPEN WATER SWIM PRACTICES
REGISTRATION FOR 2018 WILL BEGIN
SBR is once again offering a novice open water swim group. The focus and goals of this weekly swim practice is to provide very basic open water skills for the individual who has very little to no open water experience.
