Cycling is a fantastic way to stay fit either as a pure cyclist or as a triathlete. Our cycling clientele range from fitness enthusiasts to bike racers to triathletes. Our goal with each practice is to provide knowledge and guidance so that when you are out on the roads you have confidence and feel fit. We offer a variety of options for those who want to commit to Performance Based Cycling (PBC), which we consider our semester course, to those who want to drop-in on occasion to get the highest quality coaching experience in a group setting possible.

Season 12 is under way for 2017-2018!
2018-2019 season will be live for registration September 1st, 2018 to the general public.
With more and more cyclists using technique, efficiency, power and other data methods as a means to train and improve their cycling abilities, the need has clearly developed for performance-based training programs to create structure through the cold winter months.

PERFORMANCE BASED CYCLING CLASSES
We are back for an 12th season of cycling on the weekends! This class is a 90-minute class full of variety. Each week will be something different, working on cycling skills, shifting skills, hill climbing, sprint intervals and more. Each week will be different and is built to be a compliment to our weekly PBC class, as well as that third workout of the week, a longer focused training session, or walk out of class learning something new about yourself and cycling.

2018 session under way
This class is designed for women who want to learn the basic skills of riding a bike, shifting, climbing and how to improve fitness. You will ride your own bike in our CompuTrainer studio. The trainers you ride will provide you with real life course riding, which will allow you to learn how to manage your bike, all awhile being safely indoors.

SBR's popular Performance Based Cycling class is hitting the roads for the summer! We are offering a four classes per week class that provides you with outdoor cycling skills, technique, efficiency, training consistency, hill climbing, flat road racing, drafting and more! We will be out on the road for 18 weeks this season.

Join this women's only 6 - week course, coached by women that will help you feel confident to ride on the beautiful county roads with traffic.
