Cycling is a fantastic way to stay fit either as a pure cyclist or as a triathlete. Our cycling clientele range from fitness enthusiasts to bike racers to triathletes. Our goal with each practice is to provide knowledge and guidance so that when you are out on the roads you have confidence and feel fit. We offer a variety of options for those who want to commit to PBC, which we consider our semester course, to those who want to drop-in on occasion to get the highest quality coaching experience in a group setting possible.

With more and more cyclists using technique, efficiency, power and other data methods as a means to train and improve their cycling abilities, the need has clearly developed for performance-based training programs to create structure through the cold winter months.

PERFORMANCE BASED CYCLING CLASSES
WEEKENDS

We are back for an 12th season of cycling on the weekend! This class is a 90 minute class full of variety. Each week will be something different, working on cycling skills, shifting skills, hill climbing, sprint intervals and more. Each week will be different and is built to be a compliment to our weekly PBC class, as well as that third workout of the week, a longer focused training session, or walk out of class learning something new about yourself and cycling.

PERFORMANCE BASED CYCLING PRACTICES

SBR's popular Performance Based Cycling class is hitting the roads for the summer! We are offering a once per week class that provides you with outdoor cycling skills, technique, efficiency, training consistency, hill climbing, flat road racing, drafting and more!  We will be out on the road for 18 weeks this season.

Twice per week, join us for a structured and coached cycling workout that will ensure you are training properly and effectively. Monday PM practices will be mostly held outside in a formal coached practice setting. Thursday AM practice will be 100% on the CompuTrainers. The best training comes from both sessions per week, if schedule allows you to join us!

PBC - Summer will meet on Mondays at 6:00pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 530am and Wednesdays at 9am. SBR Coaches will provide 90-120 minutes of outdoor cycling class and 60 minutes of CompuTrainer riding. Raining on Mondays or Wednesdays? We'll stay indoors and work on our skills on the CompuTrainers. However, sometimes we may hit the CompuTrainers to train in a structured, neutral environment.

Dates: Monday, May 2 - Monday, August 29, 2017

Location: SBR Endurance Performance Center

Time: Mondays 6:00pm - 7:30pm (outside, off the bike coached)
           Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30am-6:30am (Indoors on the CompuTrainers) 
           Wednesdays 9am - 10:30am (outside, off the bike coached)

Early bird pricing until March 31, 2017. 

Pay in full - $300 (one day per week).
Pay an additional $100 and get both days per week for the entire summer. 
Pay monthly 1x per week $90 per month, 2x per week $120 per month (first month due to secure pricing).
If you are a full time coached athlete, add on cycling practices for $65 per month.
If you are a full time coached athlete, add swim/bike/run for only $160 per month.

Pricing effective April 1, 2017

Pay in full - $320 (one day per week).
Pay an additional $105 and get both days per week for the entire summer. 
Pay monthly 1x per week $95 per month, 2x per week $120 per month.
If you are a full time coached athlete, add on cycling practices for $65 per month.
If you are a full time coached athlete, add swim/bike/run for only $160 per month.

Take the fitness you've worked on over the winter to the roads! Join this women's only 4 - week course, coached by women, that will focus on cycling skills and safety on the road. Feel confident to ride on the beautiful county roads with traffic. Practice clipping in and out of pedals, cornering, shifting, group riding and climbing in a safe environment with SBR Coaches at your side. 

THIS SCHEDULE REFLECTS OUR 2017 SCHEDULE. 2018 WILL BE SIMILAR.

Ride with the Women Coaches at SBR this summer in a personalized, coached environment. Each week, take on the roads of Southern Wisconsin with confidence. The coached rides are no-drop by design. Each week will have a specific goal for each class, whether it be focusing on proper cadence and perceived effort, or taking on that notorious climb successfully.
