SBR is excited to put on our inaugural swim clinic! At this clinic participants will learn about proper swim technique including open water skills and modifications, get to practice those skills in a small group setting, and will also learn how to improve your ability as a swimmer through out of water "dryland" training. The clinic will have three stations: a lecture and Q/A session, an in-water session, and a dryland session. Each of the three stations will be 50 minutes long with a 10 minute break after each one. We will split participants into groups no larger than 10 so that there is plenty of personal attention from the coaches. Whether you swim in the pool or like the open water, whether you swim for fun and fitness or competition, this clinic will help you toward your goals and get you a jump start on the outdoor swim season!
Date: Sunday, April 8th
Time: 9am-Noon, doors open at 8:45am
Location: Verona Natatorium

Your clinic coaches: Bill Martin, Anna Chang, Tim Liebhold
Bill Martin: Bill is the head coach at SBR and a former professional triathlete. Bill is also the head coach of the UW-Madison Triathlon Team.
Anna Chang: Anna coaches at SBR as our swim specialist. In college, she spent all four years on the UW-Madison swim team, and has continued in the sport as a coach since graduating.
