Tammy is a co-owner, coach and metabolic efficiency specialist at SBR Endurance Performance Center.
Tammy has been active all of her life participating in ballet, gymnastics, swimming and track as a child and began pursuing triathlon in 2007 as an adult. She turned her personal passion into coaching opportunities, teaching both swimming and water aerobics. In college she was a member of the UW Marching Band.
Tammy earned her nursing degree at UW Madison where she focused on cardiology, orthopedics and home care. Today, she is a Primary Care Nurse Manager at the VA.
Tammy's background as a nurse has allowed her to offer a unique set of skills at SBR. She is not only a USAT certified Level 1 Coach, but also a Certified Met Specialist through Bob Seebohar's Metabolic Efficiency program. She is also certified by Training Peaks.
Tammy works with all levels of athletes to help them achieve their goals.
