Wished that the winter time offered the challenge, camaraderie and the fun that the summer race season brings? We have just the thing!

This event is a 24-hour team cycling event. We will accept 7 teams to complete for 24 hours to see what team can ride the most miles. Each team can field 4-24 riders. The event starts on Friday at 5pm with the first rider riding 1 hour. At the top of each hour, a new rider must take their place (after a 5 minute transition) and ride for the next 55 minutes. Each hour we will add mileage covered to your team's overall distance. The team that rides the furthest in 24 hours is the "heavy weight champion" and receives the fame, glory and a championship belt that is passed on like the Stanley Cup to the winning team each year.

For 2018, this will be our 10th event and we will be working with our charity partner, Tri 4 Schools.  Proceeds from the event will be donated to Tri 4 Schools.

We are also looking for donations for raffle prizes and our silent auction. If you are interested, please contact us at 608-848-9057.

We only take 7 teams. Registration is online at Registration will be live for team registration on November 1, 2017.  Registration fills quickly.

Cost per team (to be paid in full via your team captain) will be $695.

Some planning reminders...

You must have a minimum of 4 riders and a maximum of 24 riders.

You must have a minimum of 8 hours ridden by females. 

This is for FUN!

After registration occurs, the team captain will receive email updates to pass along to team members. A link will also be sent to captains for team  members to register their waiver and medical information. 

There are no refunds for this event.

summer brick workout series

Details for our 2018 series will be available late winter/early spring.

Break barriers and move your fitness to new levels with creative and challenging training sessions. These workout sessions will not follow the norm of your general training session.  Look forward to being challenged in new ways!

Tune in your skills and join in some summer fun with our key workout series. For four Wednesdays this summer, join the Coaches at SBR for any or all of workout sessions listed below.

$10 per clinic, or $35 for all four. Non-refundable. If purchased individual session, it is transferable to a different session if you are unable to attend. Please contact SBR to transfer.

ironman wi prep swims

The Coaches at SBR will be providing two supported swims on the Ironman Wisconsin swim course this summer.  Our coaches will be on the water with you providing coaching, guidance and support.

Each swim will include a 15 minute talk about the swim course and how to prepare for it, followed by a 90-minute supported swim.

BIKE - We will head out for a rolling 15-mile course that will freshen the legs. This will be a group ride taking you down south, towards Paoli and back.

BRUNCH - Potluck breakfast held at the studio. Bring a breakfast/brunch item to pass. Beverages will be provided by SBR.

BESTIES – Bring your best friend, best family member, best co-worker. Just for bringing someone new to SBR (for the ride or brunch) you’ll receive $10 on your account. If your bestie decides to join us for any of our summer practices and registers that day, you receive $25 on your account.
