ABOUT US

Our mission at SBR is to educate, guide, and motivate you as you work toward the athletic goals you want to achieve.  We have years of experience coaching athletes and apply our knowledge of physiology, biomechanics, and endurance training to our lessons and programs in a fun and supportive environment.  

We primarily coach swimmers, cyclists, runners, triathletes, and other multisport athletes, along with the occasional request to work on a similar skill for another activity.  We welcome athletes of all abilities and are happy to assist anyone who is enthusiastic about their sport and committed to putting in the work to achieve their goals.
