Our one-on-one coaching includes the following:

Our dynamic training plans provide athletes with workouts customized for their individual needs and goals. We use a platform called TrainingPeaks where your coach will upload your workouts. As you complete your workouts, you will upload information back into TrainingPeaks and provide any notes or data so that your coach can see your accomplishments and continue to write and adjust your workouts as you work toward your goals. This means your training is continually tailored to you and your needs.

SWIM
COACHING
Athletes who receive swim coaching with us want to improve their swimming fitness and technique. Whether you’re a brand new swimmer or looking to compete in a longer open water race, we look forward to helping you increase your comfort level and gain confidence in the water as you work toward your goals.
Once you sign on, you will meet with your coach to discuss your goals, swim experience, training availability, etc. You will also meet your coach for a swim stroke analysis to assess your current level and get some tips to use immediately. Then, your coach will begin to create your personalized plan and upload it to TrainingPeaks. You’ll continue to follow the plan and communicate with your coach regularly. Swim coaching also offers a monthly meeting to check in about progress, goals, and more.

Swim coaching with Tammy: $175/month
Pay three months or more in advance and save $10 per month.
CYCLING
COACHING
With so many different events and types of cycling in the area, athletes who receive cycling coaching from us may be preparing for anything from a century ride to a criterium race, from a mountain bike event to a first triathlon. No matter the journey, we’re here to help you work on your cycling fitness, form, and efficiency.
Once you sign on, you will meet with your coach to discuss your goals, cycling experience, training availability, etc. You will also meet your coach for a static bike and pedal stroke analysis to assess your current level and get some tips to use immediately. Then, your coach will begin to create your personalized plan and upload it to TrainingPeaks. You’ll continue to follow the plan and communicate with your coach regularly. Cycling coaching also offers a monthly meeting to check in about progress, goals, and more.

RUN
COACHING
Running may seem to be the simplest of these single sports; however, it is one of the hardest on the body. We want to ensure that you stay as healthy as possible, run with precise form, and see the results that you’re looking for. Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned marathon runner, we’re here to help your form and fitness so that you can reach your goals.
Once you sign on, you will meet with your coach to discuss your goals, running experience, training availability, etc. You will also meet your coach for a running gait/form analysis to assess your current level and get some tips to use immediately. Then, your coach will begin to create your personalized plan and upload it to TrainingPeaks. You’ll continue to follow the plan and communicate with your coach regularly. Run coaching also offers a monthly meeting to check in about progress, goals, and more.

TRIATHLON
COACHING
Triathlon training can be complicated to navigate on your own as you balance training in all three disciplines. We want to ensure that your triathlon training experience is comprehensive, personalized, and involves the proper amount of training for your unique needs.
Once you sign on, you will meet with your coach to discuss your goals, triathlon experience, training availability, etc. You will also meet your coach for an evaluation in all three disciplines: a swim stroke analysis, a static bike and pedal stroke analysis, and a running gait/form analysis. Then, your coach will begin to create your personalized plan and upload it to TrainingPeaks. You’ll continue to follow the plan and communicate with your coach regularly. Triathlon coaching also offers a monthly meeting to check in about progress, goals, and more.
