SMALL GROUP COACHING
Looking for a fun and motivating way to workout with others as you pursue your goals? We take a scientific approach to training and offer swimming, cycling, and running group classes as different sessions throughout the year. Our small group classes provide a positive, engaging, and rewarding environment for you to challenge yourself alongside other athletes. Our classes have a good number of athletes but are never too large in number. We truly believe in a low coach-to-athlete ratio to provide the best coaching possible in our group settings. Our group classes have athletes with varied levels of experience and of fitness, and our workouts are tailored to suit the needs of different groups and individuals so that you can get out of the class exactly what you need. We will be alongside you leading, teaching, and motivating–but not working out with you. At our classes, you are our focus. Throughout our training, we strive for quality over quantity and want you to get the most out of your experience.
